Then drive just a few minutes and you are surrounded by the more contemporary atmosphere of Winter Park Village. This combination is relatively unusual in the Orlando real estate market.

Winter Park offers everything from historic homes and renovated mid-century properties to luxury new construction, lakefront estates, townhomes and condominiums. The core 32789 market is particularly sought after because the amount of land is inherently limited and much of Winter Park is already established.
