Every day, potential buyers, neighbors, drivers, cyclists, runners, and walkers pass by, and even those not actively searching may suddenly become curious when they see a home for sale.
 

First impressions matter. Your sign should look modern, professional, and intentional, with your agent’s photo and contact information clearly visible. A faded, beat-up sign that has seen better days doesn’t belong in front of your home. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression.
 

For my listings, I use a large 24" × 30" premium yard sign, professionally suspended from an arm post for maximum visibility. The sign features a reflective coating, making it highly visible even after dark.
 

For Open Houses, I use large 18" × 24" directional signs, strategically positioned from your property all the way to the main roads, making your Open House easy to spot, easy to find, and difficult to miss.
