Buying an Orlando Vacation Rental

We were looking from out of state for a short-term rental property near the Orlando attractions, which made the process a little overwhelming at first.

He Figured Out What We Really Wanted

We started looking at resale homes between $300,000 and $400,000. After spending time with us, Jesper realized that what we were describing was much closer to a new-construction home.

That completely changed our search. We’re now exploring new communities around St. Cloud and Kissimmee, and we feel much closer to finding the right home and will soon make an offer with him.

Unplanned curveball

We bought our new build townhome 3-yr ago with the builder. We trusted Jesper to sell our townhome and handle everything. From professional photography and drone shots to creative videos, social media marketing, and busy open houses, Jesper went all-in from day one-we were very impressed with his professional marketing.

We wanted to sell for at least the same price we gave 3 years ago, knowing it would not be easy in these 3 years of stagnant market. Jesper got 3 reasonable offers within the first 2 months, but we changed plans and wanted to keep the home as a 2nd investment property. We asked Jesper to rent it out for us instead and within 14 days he found a tenant a made the lease contract.

Jesper's focus was our fulfill our real estate wishes - not his own salary, which with the rental was much lower. We were very impressed with how he handled everything and the curveball we throw him.

And of course, he is going to sell our townhome soon, when we put it back on the market again-this time we're going to stick to the plan.
